                 DONG JINBO AS EXECUTIVE CHINESE CHEF



                 2019 年 10 月,董锦波先生就任北京国贸大酒店中餐行政总厨,他将全面负责酒店的中餐以
                 及宴会的日常运营工作。
                 董师傅出生于厨师世家,拥有近 30 年的精湛厨艺,曾于 10 余家星级酒店担任行政总厨。获
                 得过中国名厨白金勋章、法国厨皇蓝带美食骑士勋章、中国优异之星行政总厨、等多项殊荣。
                 秉承着传统与创新并存、多元化发展和先做人后学艺的餐饮哲学,董师傅始终坚持对美食烹
                 饪的热情,为食客们带来不一样的惊喜体验。
                 除红馆中餐外,董锦波师傅还将全面负责 79 层主席阁的菜品研发和出品以及酒店大型宴会活
                 动及婚宴的菜品呈现。我们期待董师傅带给客人更多的创意和惊喜。

                                              Dong Jinbo has been appointed executive Chinese chef at
                                              China World Summit Wing, Beijing, taking charge of the
                                              day-to-day operation of the hotel’s Chinese restaurants, the private dining
                                              space – Chairman Rooms on level 79, events and wedding catering.
                                              Chef Dong has nearly 30 years of experience in the catering industry and has
                                              served as executive chef at more than 10 luxury hotels across China. Over the
                                              course of his career, Chef Dong has cooked for dignitaries from all over the
                                              world and received a number of Chinese and International awards.
                                              China World Summit Wing, Beijing is excited to welcome Chef Dong
                                              on board and offer diners in Beijing more creative and delicious dining
                                              experiences.
