饮租户销售。

THROUGH THE HARD TIMES

Let’s face it: Shopping was always going to take a hit when the deadly coronavirus broke
this winter. China World staff reacted quickly to the challenge and have worked tirelessly
ever since in support of tenants and shoppers through the expected hard times that
followed.
As COVID-19 broke in January, the Mall staff immediately issued letters of responsibility
and distributed prevention and control guidelines to tenants, reinforcing the message
about epidemic prevention at every necessary juncture.
The Mall quickly set up cloud shopping platforms for tenants and offered WeChat live-
streaming to introduce brands to customers interested in fashion, sports, cuisine and
babies’ needs. The Mall also threw in subsidies for discount meals at the restaurants.
Of course all staff wore masks and the service desks at every membership center made
hand sanitizer available to shoppers. Railings were installed to maintain a safe 1-meter
distance.
