科律律师事务所驻北京代表处于 2022 年 9 月 13 日起正式搬迁至国贸大厦
A 座 51-52 层。
自 2018 年初成立以来，科律北京代表处由不到 5 人的规模迅速发展成为一
个拥有超过 40 位员工的团队，其中包括超过 30 位法律专业从业人员。扩大
升级后的新办公室的启用，彰显了科律对中国业务一直以来的高度重视和对
未来发展的信心与承诺。

身处北京中央商务区的核心，科律在北京逐步建立了服务大中华区乃至亚洲
的基金设立、风险投资以及资本市场核心团队。凭借科律长久以来深耕相关

Since 2018 the Beijing office has grown from fewer than five people to a team of more
than 40 employees, including 30 legal professionals.
The new two-floor office is in one of Beijing’s most environmentally friendly, innovative,
and well-managed business buildings, empowering the Cooley team to work in a
modern environment with more opportunities to network with clients, partners, and
industry leaders.
