Welcome to our renovated HANA, the one-off sister restaurant
to Hatsune Japanese Restaurant, where you will find a more
edgy and conceptual version of our widely popular Japanese
cuisine. Live large scallops, sea urchin, ‘King of roasted fish’ Kinki
Fish, Wagyu beef are all an integral part of this menu. Be sure to
ask about Seasonal dishes, as we feature items as they are flown
in; Matsutake mushrooms, Hokkaido hairy crab, etc. Our idea
is to bring to our customers a refreshing and creative concept
to delight the buds and bring out the Umami experience.
