               鼎泰丰当季推荐蟹柳炒芦笋,十二只阳澄湖大闸蟹才能做出一份蟹柳炒芦笋。蟹柳,
               就是阳澄湖大闸蟹的蟹腿肉,完整腿肉弹嫩爽滑,配之以芦笋,造就了这道美味。
               另道鼎泰丰招牌菜蟹粉豆腐煲,2.5 公斤的蟹粉由 12 名工人花费 8 小时,自 10 公
               斤的阳澄湖大闸蟹里取得。浓厚的蟹黄汁包容了鸡蛋豆腐,搭配蛋炒饭更是一绝。
               DinTaiFung is serving Sautéed Crab Legs with Asparagus for the season. Each dish is made with
               12 Shanghai hairy crabs, going wonderfully well with asparagus to bring an impressive savor.
               Another highly recommended dish is Braised Crab Roe & Meat with Beancurd, which requires
               12 workers spending 8 hours on picking 2.5kg of roe and meat from 10kg of Shanghai hairy
               crabs. The full-flavored sauce pairs with DingTaiFung’s signature fried rice perfectly.
