           北京国贸大酒店任命 Volkan Ibil 先生为云·酷酒吧首席调酒师。
           Volkan Ibil 来自土耳其,汤姆克鲁斯主演的电影《鸡尾酒》是他的职业启蒙。在
           单体酒吧工作 8 年后,2015 年 Volkan 加入土耳其博德鲁姆 JW 万豪酒店,就
           任酒吧经理,正式开启他的酒店工作生涯,之后他任职于博德鲁姆文华东方酒
           店的 Mandarin Bar。2018 年,Volkan 作为酒吧经理筹备博德鲁姆艾迪逊酒店
           的开业工作。
           Volkan Ibil 将调酒视为创作,原料的搭配都是经过口味、颜色等多方面的考虑,
           直到最后呈现的器皿都要贴切主题,让一杯鸡尾酒诞生的每一秒都赏心悦目。
           Volkan 对自己的定位是“Liquid Art Man”,即用液体创作艺术的人,“调酒
           师们能调出美味鸡尾酒,对于我的客人,我希望他们能拥有到更多味觉以外的
           难忘体验。”
           不拘于形式与空间,Volkan Ibil 精湛的调酒技艺与充满自由的想象力将为帝都众
           多品醇人士及调酒迷带来新潮的品酒方式。

                                                                              China World Summit Wing, Beijing is delighted welcome Mr. Volkan Ibil on board as
                                                                              head bartender of Atmosphere Bar.
                                                                              Originally from Turkey, Volkan was inspired to become a bartender after watching the
                                                                              Tom Cruise movie Cocktail. After working at a number of bars around Turkey for eight
                                                                              years, Volkan joined JW Marriott Bodrum in 2015 before moving on to Mandarin
                                                                              Oriental Bodrum as Bar Manager. In 2018, he joined the pre-opening team for The
                                                                              Bodrum Edition, working alongside renowned mixologist Davide Segat.
                                                                              Volkan views mixology as an art form. Each one of his cocktails undergoes a rigorous
                                                                              creation process, from pairing the flavour of each individual ingredient to adjusting the
                                                                              colour and presentation of the final drink. In fact, Volkan prefers to call himself a “Liquid
                                                                              Art Man” rather than a bartender or mixologist. “Anyone can make a great cocktail
                                                                              but by creating art with liquid I want to offer my guests an experience that they can
                                                                              feel rather than just taste.”
